Would you like to foster a dog?

The Golden Retriever Rescue of Houston is in need of foster homes for some of their dogs. A recent adopter who is a British expat living in Houston, suggested that we contact the expat population here in Houston as many of them would like to have a dog, but do not know where they will be living in the upcoming years so they are unable to make that commitment.
In general, a foster family would provide the dog a safe home while we try to get it adopted. We adopted out 200 Goldens last year and many of our dogs are in foster homes for a very short time.
